Carrot Radish Besan Soup

Materials:

1 Radish (500g)
2-3 carrots (310g)
Besan Flour 1/3 cup (30g)
Water 1.5 Litre

Ingredients:

¼ tsp cooking oil
1¼ tsp salt

Tips:

1. Radish cut to thin slices.

2. Carrots cut to chunks.

3. Use warm and hot water to dilute Besan flour.

4. Dilute Besan flour until no solids.

5. Keep pot boiling at any time.

6. Soup is easy to spill. Use large pot or watch carefully will prevent easy spill.

7. Cook for 15 minutes after add salt.

Procedure:

1. Wash radish and carrots.
2. Peel off radish skin, and cut it into thin slices.
3. Cut carrot into chunks.
4. Heat a pot with 1.5 litre of water.
5. Dilute Besan flour in a bowl with warm and hot water.
6. Stir them until no solids.
7. When pot water is boiled, add diluted besan flour water.
8. Bring the water to boil again.
9. Reduce heat once it is boiled again. Make sure it is still boiling.
10. Heat a wok or a pan. Add oil.
11. Stir radish and carrots in the wok for at least 1 minutes.
12. Off heat wok.
13. Add radish and carrots to the soup.
14. Bring the soup to boil again.
15. Reduce heat and cook for another 35 minutes. Make sure it is still boiling.
16. In 20 minutes, add salt.
17. Let it cook for another 15 minutes.
18. Off heat.
19. Enjoy.
