Broccoli Oyster Mushroom Pizza

Materials: 1 large Pizza

Broccoli 3 flowers
100g Oyster Mushrooms
1 Pizza Base (or you may make your own)
3 tbsp diced Tomatoes (1/4 of 400g diced tomato tin)
60g Bio Cheese Pizza Shred (or plant-based cheese shredded)

Ingredients:

Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray (or normal oil to grease pizza tray)
Some salt If there is no salt in diced tomato

Tips:

1. It would be better to pre-heat oven early enough. You may pre-heat the oven before start to wash the vegetables.

2. When cutting broccoli, allow one side of each piece to be flat.

3. Tear oyster mushrooms into strips. No need to cut them with knife..

4. Spray oil or normal cooking oil can all be used to grease the pizza tray. Do not add much oil, as the oil is only to prevent pizza base stick on the pizza tray.

5. Check if there is salt in diced tomato. If not, add salt.

6. Wear thick cotton gloves when taking pizza in and out from the oven. This will protect your hands from being burned.

7. Remember to turn off the oven after you have taken the pizza out.

8. It’s best to enjoy the pizza when it is hot.

Procedure:

1. Pre-heat oven to 220 degrees, fan forced.
2. Wash the broccoli.
3. Wash oyster mushrooms.
4. Cut broccoli into smaller piece. Allow each piece have one flat side.
5. Spray oil on pizza tray.
6. Put pizza base onto the tray.
7. Scoop 3 table spoons of diced tomato puree.
8. Brush them evenly on the pizza base.
9. Add salt if diced tomato has no salt.
10. Add vegan cheese shred.
11. Tear oyster mushrooms into strips. Then add them on the pizza.
12. Add broccoli.
13. Upon hearing oven is preheated, put pizza tray into the oven.
14. Bake for 10 minutes.
15. After 10 minutes. Take the pizza tray out of the oven. Turn the oven off.
16. Cut pizza.
17. Enjoy.
