White Mushroom Asparagus Pizza
White and Purple Cauliflower Pizza
White Button Mushrooms 100g
5 Asparagus
1 Pizza Base (or you may make your own)
1½ tbsp Apple Sauce
60g Shredded Vegan Cheese (You may use Made with plants Shredded Cheddar)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray (or normal oil to grease pizza tray)
1. It would be better to pre-heat oven early enough. You may pre-heat the oven before start to wash the vegetables.
2. Do not cut button mushrooms too thin, cut them into thick pieces.
3. Cut asparagus’s hard end off.
4. Spray oil or normal cooking oil can all be used to grease the pizza tray. Do not add much oil, as the oil is only to prevent pizza base stick on the pizza tray.
5. Wear thick cotton gloves when taking pizza in and out from the oven. This will protect your hands from being burned.
6. Remember to turn off the oven after you have taken the pizza out.
7. It’s best to enjoy the pizza when it is hot.
1. Pre-heat oven to 220 degrees, fan forced.
2. Wash the button mushrooms and asparagus.
3. Cut white mushrooms into thick pieces.
4. Cut asparagus’ hard end off, then one asparagus cut into three.
5. Spray oil on pizza tray.
6. Put pizza base onto the tray.
7. Scoop 1½ table spoons of apple sauce on the pizza base.
8. Brush them evenly on the whole pizza base.
9. Add shredded vegan cheese.
10. Put mushrooms on top of the vegan cheese.
11. Put asparagus on as well.
12. Upon hearing oven is preheated, put pizza tray into the oven.
13. Bake for 10 minutes.
14. After 10 minutes. Take the pizza tray out of the oven. Turn the oven off.
15. Cut pizza.
16. Enjoy.
