Curry Potato Carrot Chayote Pizza
1 potato (400g)
1 carrot (100g)
¼ Chayote
1 Pizza Base (or you may make your own)
60g Shredded Vegan Cheese (You may use Bio Cheese Cheddar Shred)
1 tbsp Apple sauce
2 tsp Curry powder
½ tsp Salt
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray (or normal oil to grease pizza tray)
1. It would be better to pre-heat oven early enough. You may pre-heat the oven before cutting the vegan hams and pineapples.
2. For easier handling, thaw frozen vegan ham and frozen pineapple chunks from freezer to the fridge beforehand.
3. Spray oil or normal cooking oil can all be used to grease the pizza tray. Do not add much oil, as the oil is only to prevent pizza base stick on the pizza tray.
4. Wear thick cotton gloves when taking pizza in and out from the oven. This will protect your hands from being burned.
5. Remember to turn off the oven after you have taken the pizza out.
6. It’s best to enjoy the pizza when it is hot.
1. Pre-heat oven to 220 degrees, fan forced.
2. Cut vegan ham into strips.
3. Cut pineapple chunks into small pieces.
4. Spray oil on pizza tray.
5. Put pizza base on to the tray.
6. Scoop diced tomatoes on the pizza base.
7. Brush them evenly over the whole pizza base.
8. Add shredded vegan cheese.
9. Put vegan ham on top of the vegan cheese.
10. Put pineapples.
11. Upon hearing oven is preheated, put pizza tray into the oven.
12. Bake for 10 minutes.
13. After 10 minutes. Take the pizza tray out of the oven. Turn the oven off.
14. Cut pizza.
15. Enjoy.
