Broccoli Tofu Puff Pizza
Broccoli (200g)
4 Tofu puffs
5 tbsps of Diced Tomatoes (1/3 of 400g Diced Tomatoes tin)
1 Pizza Base (or you may make your own)
60g Shredded Vegan Cheese (You may use Made with plants Shredded Cheddar)
¼ tsp Salt
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray (or normal oil to grease pizza tray)
1. It would be better to pre-heat oven early enough. You may pre-heat the oven before washing the vegetables.
2. Cut broccoli into small flowers to make the baking easy.
3. Cut tofu puffs into 4 could allow it to become crispy crunchy within 10 minutes.
4. Spray oil or normal cooking oil can all be used to grease the pizza tray. Do not add much oil, as the oil is only to prevent pizza base stick on the pizza tray.
5. Wear thick cotton gloves when taking pizza in and out from the oven. This will protect your hands from being burned.
6. Remember to turn off the oven after you have taken the pizza out.
7. To enjoy tofu puff’s crispy and crunchy, it’s better to eat it straight away when it’s hot.
1. Pre-heat oven to 220 degrees, fan forced.
2. Wash the broccoli.
3. Cut the broccoli into small flowers.
4. Cut the tofu puffs. Cut each puff into four.
5. Spray oil on pizza tray.
6. Put pizza base onto the tray.
7. Scoop 5 table spoons of diced tomatoes on the pizza base.
8. Brush the tomatoes evenly over the whole pizza base.
9. Add shredded vegan cheese.
10. Put broccoli on top of the vegan cheese.
11. Put tofu puffs in between broccoli.
12. Upon hearing oven is preheated, put pizza tray into the oven.
13. Bake for 10 minutes.
14. After 10 minutes. Take the pizza tray out of the oven. Turn the oven off.
15. Cut pizza.
16. Enjoy.
