Corn Carrot Sweet Soup
3 Sweet Corns (500g)
2 Carrots (180g)
1.5 Litre Water
1 tsp salt
1. Tear off corn leaves.
2. Cut both end of the corns if necessary.
3. Cut corn into chunks. Chunk length between 4 to 5 cm.
4. Keep the soup pot boiling at any time.
5. Do not add sugar.
1. Tear off corn leaves and wash corns.
2. Wash carrots.
3. Cut corn into small chunk (4 to 5 cm long), cut both end if necessary.
4. Peel off carrots skin, cut carrots into small pieces.
5. Add corns and carrots into the soup pot.
6. In the soup pot, also add 1.5 Litre of water.
7. And add 1 tsp of salt.
8. Heat the pot and bring it to boil.
9. Reduce heat to the level that the soup keeps boiling.
10. In 10 minutes, add salt.
11. Keep the soup boiling for another 10 minutes.
12. Off the heat.
13. Enjoy the sweet soup from the nature.
