Curry Coconut Tofu Burger

Materials: 4 Burgers

4 pcs Firm Tofu
Batter: 2 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp salt, ¼ tsp sugar, 4 tbsp (1/4 cup) coconut cream, 3 tbsp water
Bread Buns

Ingredients:

Oil 1 tsp oil

Tips:

1. Use curry powder that does not contain garlic or onion.

2. Cooking patties is easy when we use flat pan and curved spatula.

3. When oil is warm in the pan, turn off the heat. Do this when putting in Tofu may also protect you from being burned.

4. Use wavy edge knife to cut buns.

5. Warm buns to get the best taste result.

Procedure:

1. Make batter with ¼ cup of coconut cream, 2 tea spoons of curry powder, 1 tea spoon of salt, ¼ tea spoon of sugar and 3 tbsp of water.
2. Wash the cucumber and lettuce.
3. Wash and cut Tofu into half of its thickness.
4. Soak Tofu in the batter for 20 minutes. Allow both sides to be fully soaked.
5. Make avocado mesh with avocado and salt.
6. Heat a flat pan. Add 1 tea spoon of oil. When oil is warm. Turn off the heat.
7. Place the soaked tofu in the pan. Turn on the heat.
8. Reduce heat in 1 minute. Cook tofu well in the pan. Flip sides.
9. Turn off the heat when tofu is cooked.
10. Spread avocado mesh on the bread. Make burgers with bread buns, cucumber, lettuce and cooked tofu. Use vegan mayonnaise for dressing.
11. Enjoy.
