Materials:

2 tbsp soy beans
water 1300 ml
deep- fried dough sticks 1 per bowl (400-500 ml hot soy milk)
Zha Chai (pickled mustard stem) 20g per bowl (400-500 ml hot soy milk) , (¼ of 80g pack)
¼ tsp Parsley Flakes per bowl (400-500 ml hot soy milk)

Ingredients: (per bowl of 400-500 ml hot soy milk)

¼ tsp table salt
bit less than ¼ tsp super dark soy sauce
half of ¼ tsp black vinegar

Tips:

1. Be aware of the heat when pour milk out.

2. Soak beans to get the best taste result.

3. Be aware of the minimum and maximum water levels in the soy milk maker.

Procedure:

1. Use flat pan to warm Deep- fried dough stick from Frozen pack. Heat 3/9.
2. Add soy bean into the soy maker.
3. Add water to 1300ml level, press soy milk button.
4. Chop Zha Cai.
5. In a bowl, add chopped Zha Cai, Add salt, super dark soy sauce, black vinegar and parsley flakes.
6. Flip dough stick in 15 minutes.
7. Another 15 minutes fried stick is warmed. Off heat.
8. After 27 minute, Soy milk is done.
9. Pour hot soy milk into bowl onto mixtures.
10. Fried Stick break into small piece and add into soy milk.
11. Enjoy.
