1 cup (250ml) pure soy milk (cold)

Ingredients:
Procedure:

1. Peel off carrot skin.
2. Cut carrot into small pieces.
3. Put carrot pieces into blender.
4. Pour soy milk into blender.
5. Blender 4 times of 30 second, total 2 minutes.
6. Pour milk shake into cup.
7. Enjoy.
