Many of us, especially long-term vegan, begin vegan diet with a compassionate reason, rather for our own health. It turns out that our health is getting better, our energy is boosted, and we are less vulnerable to diseases.
How to become a vegan?
Simple.
1. Eat all the staple food that you are eating now.
If you are bread lover, eat bread.
If you can’t live without rice, eat rice.
If food made from flour are part of your daily meals, eat food made with flour.
2. For the start, don’t change the seasoning on your food.
Stick to your favourite sauces and ingredients unless they are stuffed with meat components.
3. Accept the change of the food texture from meat to plants.
Food texture is the only change. Not a lifestyle change.
4. Open eyes and mouth for the variety.
Enjoy the life with more colours of vegetables, more colours of fruits, more types of grains, more types of legumes and seeds.
That’s it.
