Vegan experience from Chen at Sydney Australia
I have been a vegetarian then vegan for 8 years. When I switched from meat to vegetarian, my stomach and intestines adjusted themselves for a period of 2-3 weeks. My body, after being a vegetarian and vegan, is not weak at all. On top of it, I became energetic and quick thinking. I still remember about a year or so after I became a vegetarian. Once, when I had a bowel movement, I had an unbearable abdominal pain. As a result, I discharged very dark strips. I felt they were the meat food I ate before left me with these bad substances. Because I became vegetarian, I naturally excrete them from my body. I experienced this twice. As long as the weather permits, I am now running 3 kilometers every day with great energy. Being vegan makes me healthier.
Besides vitamin B12 as supplement every day, I only have three meals daily in vegetable and soy bean products. I like fruits. I eat a lot of them.

我的素食经验
我吃素有8年了,刚从荤食改为素食的时候,我的肠胃大槪有2-3个星期的适应阶段。我的身体,在吃素后,不但没有变弱,反而变得精力充沛,思路敏捷。我现在还记得在吃素后大概一年左右,有一次在排便的时候,腹痛难忍,结果排出了很黑的条状东西,我自己感觉是以前吃的荤食在我自己身上留下的不良物质,因为我吃素,让我自然排出了体外。这样的经历有两次。只要天气允许,我现在每天跑3公里,精力旺盛。吃素让我更健康。
除了每天补充维生素B12以外,我每天就吃三餐蔬菜和大豆产品。我喜欢水果,我吃很多水果。
